“Kratom opponents are pulling out all the stops against kratom consumers in 2023. Together we’ve stopped several ban attempts this year, but the attacks aren’t slowing down in March. The latest tactic to harm consumers is to drown us all in product regulation complexity so they confuse consumers and the industry into making criminal mistakes. Look no further than ban activities in Georgia as our fight back has slowed scheduling, but plans to criminalize kratom still remain (Link to Contact Officials in Georgia).

However, it isn’t all bad news as we’ve made great progress with Kratom Consumer Protection Acts in states like Virginia, Florida, and even the Indiana House where kratom is banned.
